Setting and Achieving Your Goals

Goals give your life purpose and direction. We all have goals, whether they are at work or home, conscious or unconscious, large or small. Your goal may be on any level; physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. The intensity of your achievement technique will depend on the intensity of your goal. Though experience you will find the particular techniques that work best for you.

The eight guidelines towards achieving your goals are:

  • Use Sub-Goals

  • Use Reminders

  • Acknowledge Success and Failures

  • Continually Re-Assess
