Consider the following:

• Calculate approximately how many rooms you'll need
• Does the hotel offer a block of rooms at a discounted rate
• What amenities does the hotel offer (pool, exercise room, business center, game room, etc.)
• Does the hotel offer a shuttle to/from the reception venue
• What is the smoking policy (blocks of rooms, entire floor or entire facility smoke free)
• Is a breakfast offered or do you need to make other arrangements
